Where does PEPA deliver?
PEPA currently delivers across Nigeria.
How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch will depend on your location and the courier service used.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available within Lagos depending on your location and courier availability. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is with the courier, changes may no longer be possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive the relevant delivery information where available.
SIZING & FIT
What sizes does PEPA offer?
PEPA sizes currently run from XS-XL.
How do I know what size to order?
Use our Size Guide to find your closest fit and check the fit notes on each product page. UK size equivalents are included for reference.
What if I’m between sizes?
It depends on the style. Stretch and bodycon pieces can accommodate a closer fit, while structured pieces should be chosen more closely to your body measurements. If you’re unsure, send us a DM at @pepalagos_.
Are all PEPA pieces true to size?
Fit can vary by style. We include specific fit guidance on each product page so you can choose the best size for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer refunds?
No. PEPA does not offer refunds.
Can I exchange an item?
Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, colour or item, subject to availability.
Can I receive store credit instead?
Yes. Approved returns may be issued as PEPA store credit.
What condition must my item be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and returned with all tags attached. Items with makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains or damage may not be accepted.
Who pays for return delivery?
Customers are responsible for return and exchange delivery costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
What if my order arrives faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible via Instagram DM at @pepalagos_ with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?
Not always. PEPA is produced in limited quantities and some pieces may not return once they’re gone.
Are all colourways available in every size?
Availability varies by colour and size. The product page will show the options currently in stock.
Where is PEPA based?
PEPA is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. PEPA currently delivers within Nigeria only.
